Beamed Barn Kitchen
A barn conversion kitchen in Ware — vaulted oak beams, two-tone shaker cabinetry, and Calacatta marble in an open-plan layout framed by garden views.
This Ware barn conversion demanded a kitchen that honoured the original structure — exposed oak trusses, generous ceiling height, and views straight out to the garden — without feeling rustic or dated.
We designed a two-tone shaker scheme: warm greige perimeter cabinetry with a deep navy island as the anchor. Calacatta marble runs across worktops, splashback, and a waterfall edge, paired with brushed brass hardware and integrated appliance towers.
From the first layout sketch through to installation, every detail was considered for how the family would actually live in the space — cooking at the island, entertaining by the French doors, and making full use of the vaulted volume above.
